Living in Dhaka (Until age three and a half ~ 2007)
I don't remember most of my life in Dhaka. There are pictures of me from then, but I don't really recognize most of it.
There was a person that took care of me while I was living there, was called Nacema.
I do have this one memory of mum and dad coming in to the flat we lived in. They were smiling while I was lying down. But that seems almost like a dream — in fact, while I was living with grandma later on, I didn't even remember mum and dad's faces.
I also remember trying to tie my shoelaces in front of a cupboard before we were leaving the house one time, but I feel like that was one of the last memories of the place.
I think I also remember a water fountain of some sort.
One thing mum told me later on is that one time while I was there I got really sick and dad got angry at mum and hit her.
Apparently I got sick often and mum and dad had to go to extreme lengths — sucking snot out of my nose and using their finger to treat my constipation.
I remember mum singing Kaval Malakhamare:
And mum says that while she bathed me, she would sing Olathumbathu (ഓലത്തുമ്പത്ത്):

Questions:
Where did mum and dad work while we were there?
Do you have any pictures of when you were there?
Yes! Although, the only picture I remember being taken is the one where I turned my eyes as far as I could to look at dad. It wasn't random — I remember deliberately trying to do that, but I don't think I had a particular reason for doing it.
